AROUND THE WORLD
A few years ago I compiled a list of publishing courses on this website, mainly as a
result of an
Internet search, because no such list seemed to be available at that time
from any existing
source.
Individual web page URLs on higher education websites tend to be unstable from year to year,
and many of the links in my list had become out of date.
In the course of updating them (2008), I have discovered that Nina Smart of Simon Fraser
University in Vancouver now has an even more comprehensive list of publishing courses
worldwide at
http://www.lib.sfu.ca/researchhelp/subjectguides/pub/schools.htm
I thoroughly recommend this list, and will no longer duplicate her work. At the time of writing
(late May 2008) her list had just been updated - though no doubt many of the institutions
will change their URLs again for the next academic year!
